Nothing was mentioned about him being awarded a "large sum of money" from Vitali. This video you posted was posted 4 days after the fight -- too early for a WBC/court ruling.

Oh sure. He did test positive for steroids in 1996, He said he received it due to a leg injury that was sustained during his kick boxing career. Can't say one way or the other on that. However, it WAS TWENTY YEARS AGO. So let me think......Windmill Wilder won't "risk" fighting him because of it but everyone that has fought him in the last twenty years was willing to do so.
