not losing weight

    There is no adoration in your weight loss. When the diet first starts their is always a large drop in initial weight as you shed your bloat. After that point 1-2lbs of true weight loss a week is very good.

    The time of day at which you eat can have a big impact. I'm not going to profess to be an expert on the subject but I know this has a huge impact.

    Mainly due to the fact I have a really bad habit of eating at 10p.m. or later which I'm trying to break!!!

    It can be a factor. A huge impact? No.

    As I've said before we cant treat the human body as a simple black box experiment. The internal dynamics are too complex.
