Yey i knew him i was a trustee and use to hook him up with extra juices.

He had a cell by himself up in Twin Towers with a Paper sign on top warning the deputies "Beware this inmate is world rated proffesional boxer:lol:" Na but im dead serious and the sheriffs ask me about since they used to know id hook him up.. They were like that little dude. Im told them yey i wouldnt test that little dud one on one no matter how big you are:yep:yep
They put him in a cell by himself, cause before he used to be jumping and around and acting crazy in dorm living., just a naturally hyper dude but he was fine in the head . He was in their for a violation, this was after his couple year prison sentence. The idiot sherrif dept. thought he needed to be calmed down so they put him on pshyce meds which kind of ****ed him up.

After that he got out and fought Randall Bailey and was way past it but he still gave Bailey problems, Only time he was Stopped i think that was his last fight. He would have schooled Bailey in his prime Remember him at Featherweight Ricardo? He looked like a future champ at feather then got busted and came back at Lightweight an JW. I think his fight with Laporte was his first good comeback fight.
Should have been a champ, he was better than lot of guys who have grabbed titles.

Yeah he was the man. I met him at Olympic Auditorium a few months after that fight and told him I thought he won that fight and He signed my hat and chatted with me. He also introduced me to Chuck Bodak the cutman. Personally, I think he would have matched up real well with the "Baby Bull"

You know im a fan of the Baby Bull and i dont see why lot of people dislike him on ESB. But you know what I agree that Hector Lopez would have definitly beat Diaz hes a much better puncher than Paulie and was willing to mix it up more, but still be a good boxer at the same time. He was a more rougher, and tougher version of Paulie but still had that cute boxing style at the same time.

Good post Ricardo :good I just saw this last week though as one of ESBs posters was cool enough to mail me this fight. You know he mailed it to me cause he thought i might change my mind on who the winner was , but actually it reinforced my opinion that Lopez edged this one out even a draw would be fair but for those judges to have the way they did was an obvious indication as to who they were suppose to go for.

Lopez one of the unforgotten talents in recent years to never grab a world title along with Oba Carr, and just to think how many other lesser fighters that have won some of those alpha bet belts:-(

Lopez at the very least won 5 rounds... he put up more of a fight than Judah and people on this forum talk about how great Judah is. Frankly, Lopez may be the most underrated Mexican fighter after Kid Azteca.
