just saying, he showed zero defence and Bernard along with the other Goldenboy payed announcers rode his nuts too hard for me to jump on this bandwagon.

i can see quite few fighters out there that beat him easily. Marquez would annihilate him!:lol:

edit: haha at my thread title stutter. yeah im drunk.

I 100% agree with you bud. Lets get valero with a top lightweight then we ca see how good he is.. Jun Diaz or casamayor would be a ppv worthy matchup

Valero's got so much to say about Valero that your thread title actually works.

hmm yeah im drunk but did you not notice his head stay at the same spot for the whole first round.

any decent rated fighter would have easily taken advantage of that target. dont you think?

I agree. It's going to take composure under pressure and precision punching, which Marquez has to a tee.

I think he'd be ****ed in there against Marquez, personally.

He's still untested as far as I'm concerned. I was however impressed with his use of his jab and the power display with his right hook. It bodes well for him to continue his right hand development as his opposition intensifies.

He had a lot to say in his post interview, he's pretty confident. He mentioned how he can do what he did to Pitalua to any fighter and that he would move up to fight the winner of Pacquiao-Hatton, he's confident he's faster and probably hits harder at 140 too...BUT!...he's getting a little ahead of himself, he needs to slowly move up now by fighting perhaps, Diaz or Katsidis. I doubt he's 100% ready for JMM.
