    No clear cut choice

    Linares-Loma is close to set

    Heard some rumblings about Flanagan

The Garcia team seems disinterested in a Easter bout, cause of his last two poor performances

He already has an IBF Mandatory against Baranchyk

If i were his team, focus on 135. Take Easters belt then try & get fight with Loma-Linares winner....

No clear cut choice, he shoulda just fought Linares in 1st place...

Mikey needs to start doing something amazing with his career. What are they waiting for, his best win is a TD against Orlando Salido FFS.

Mikey is so good he'll make the Sub-elite look like mere contenders. What he needs is a defining fight. Not sure who fits the bill though. Clearly Lomachenko at 135 is a possibility. Davis won't dare look garcia's way. Doubtful they are looking at Crawford at the moment as well. For the time being, 147 shouldn't even be considered.

To be honest, I don't know how legacy defining either would be at this point. Surely either would be a big win. But not so much in terms of legacy. Maybe Crawford could be that fight. But better at 140 than 147.

Waiting on somebody to make the foolish claim that Prograis isn't ready for García, or that he would be a cherry pick of step down from Lipinets. Shall we review?

    • has seven more pro bouts than Lipinets
    • has been a pro six years as opposed to Lipinets' four yeaes.
    • had 2½ as many amateur bouts (94, winning 87) as Lipinets (40, winning 35), a late crossover from kickboxing (which, sorry, doesn't count toward orthodox boxing experience; different sport)
    • has a better h2h scalp (Díaz Jr.) than Lipinets' best (Kondo)
    • has with the Indongo blitz equalled Lipinets' accomplishment of picking up a vacant/interim world title belt.

Somebody please explain to me how García vs. Prograis isn't at worst a lateral step from García vs. Lipinets - come at me, please, I'm 100% ears.

I'd like to see him go down and fight Lomachenko, Linares, and Easter. I hate seeing guys leave a division when there are fights to be had. He beat the **** out of Linares. I'd prefer to see him fight Lomachenko.

I still have my fingers crossed that the Postol decapitation still happens.:aplastao:

But sure, what the hell, feed Mikey to the Rougarou. I'm down with that.
