Touché on the typo... ya got me. If I have to explain why a (presumed) boxing fan rattling off "dumbass" when he doesn't know his boxing terminology is a bit more mockable than a typo, well... at least you learned something tonight.

And as Longcount pointed out, Green calling out Holyfield isn't that crazy. They could probably throw more money at him than Holy would find anywhere else (look at his next fight!), Holy is far from a decent puncher at this point... from a risk/reward standpoint, it could make sense to both guys.

As far as Green vs Holyfield:barf:verysad

Green is a fraud and so is his managment for even mentioning that guy's name.

Holy's next fight is a 41 yr old B- (in his prime) fighter in the middle of nowhere. If you don't think he wouldn't answer the call from Green's people, you're crazy. Apparently he answered Botha's. Is it a fight I'd care about? No. But alot of Aussies would pay for it.

 

That I agree with. Aussies would pay for that garbage. It kinda shows where Boxing down there is going.

I'm not saying Holyfield wouldn't answer the call, I'm saying Green's choice of next opposition is weak. Come on Holyfield? Really? I can see if he called out Haye or something, or maybe try and get another lightheavyweight like Antonio Tarver to come up and fight him, but for Green's management to call out Holyfield like he actually still means something? I think Green and his team know he's not that good. Because that's a ***** move.
