Always loved watching this guy fight and so happy he scored a title at the twilight of his career! Not sure how long he'll hang on to this title in a fairly stacked division, but with guys like Carson Jones and Saldivia near the top of the IBF rankings he could defend it a time or two before retiring.

Anyways, Congrats to the NEW IBF WELTERWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD RANDALL "THE KNOCK-OUT KING" BAILEY!!

Yep. He's underrated on here and not given his due. I remember trying to claim he was a good win for Cotto and Mayweather fans/Cotto haters were shitting on Bailey like he was a bum, how do they like him now? Bailey has always been a dangerous fighter, no matter who he fights, they have to be on their game for 12 to beat him. He's now Cotto's 8th victim who went on to win a title. Congratulations to Bailey, great emotional scenes after the win, great watching, he definately deserved something like this in his career.

Bailey helped remind me of what I love about boxing before Bradley-Pac reminded me of what I hate about it.

Sure, the fight wasn't thrilling- but I had to keep watching knowing that Bailey only needs one shot to turn it around. And for a guy at the end of the road in his career to come through in his last chance down on the cards like that....I understand completely why he broke down. I've been a fan of his for awhile, and I was thrilled to see him come through. Like a real-life Rocky.

Jones was all class in defeat, as well. A fighter who can maintain composure like that in the face of a tough loss earns alot of respect in my book.

I was so ****ing happy when he landed those shots. I kept telling people, he only needs to land 1 shot! Believe me, just 1 shot!

1 punch for the KD, 1 punch for the KTFO

All the guy had left in the fight was his power, he was gettin comftably then BOOM.

At least this awesome thing happened for Bailey.

I'm still struggling with wanting to stay a true boxing fan after last nights main event decision though...
