The thread starter is American yet he roots for foreign fighters over his own. Not only that he roots against his own countrymen and gets joy by doing so. Lastly he only does this because his countrymen are the wrong skin color he only likes EE fighters because of their skin color he's an embarrassment, isnt a real boxing fan and is only here for some sick agenda period.

 

The droughts aren’t drastic enough for me bicker and complain about a sport that I’m passionate about. Believe it or not I feel blessed to be so closely affiliated with people who have the same love. Those who’ve known me for a while on here are well aware I train and box but I won’t start name dropping trainers and retired champs that I’m associated with so consider it inconsequential information.

Life is more interesting for me on ESB when I’m confronted by guys like you who seem to have heavy biased for certain fighters. Of course my intent here is geared towards being confrontational, so no offense.

Why do people pretend race doesn't matter to them in sport? It does. Just admit it. We all have bias, it's tribal. You identify with what u know, your own. We all do! Doesn't mean we don't appreciate others. Don't tell me that your typical AA males who are fans of sport sit around singing the merits & praises of Federer, Messi, Phelps, Brady, Loma etc exactly like they do Bolt, Floyd & Kobe etc ****offfff... I don't buy it!

 

I cheered for Phelps like crazy in the Olympics what he did in 4 olympics was incredible.and will never be duplicated. Aaron Rodgers is my favorite player in the nfl and he's white. I wasnt a big bolt fan he didn't run for the usa and he routinely destroyed us. Why would I cheer for him? With that said I can admit he's great. The point is i don't actively root against my own. Guys like Todd and Kevin drspite being anerican, if the fighter is african American or Mexican American you'll never see them root for the American fighter in fact they go out of their way to trash them and hope to see them get koed by EE fighters. It's pathetic and there's an agenda to it and like I said they're not even real boxing fans and don't know **** about the sport.

 

At first glance you might sympathize towards your preferred phenotype but after further scrutinization a level headed person should automatically look beyond appearances. Personally speaking I find ethnocentric people to be socially awkward and insecure but there are certainly exceptions to the rule.

There’s an old saying where I grew up and I’m such many of our inner city memembers know it well “real recognize real” and every supremely biased boxing fan will never fit the criteria until they’ve educated themselves on what this means.

 

I actually think a good majority of the self loathers are well schooled in the sport especially the politics and needless bureaucracy that governs boxing. Unfortunately they’ve chosen to use their abilities to spread negativity and project hate because they fear what they do not know and choose not to understand which compounds their existing intolerance.

Whatever it is all I know is use it as entertainment and it will help ease the pain of knowing grown men can actually be this ignorant.
