    Beautful from Andy. Slipping those punches early, I still thought AJ was controlling things. AJ wanted to feel punches landing though and opened up on a skilled boxer who could slip and counter.

    Great win for a boxer vs a freakish athlete.

    Cant believe how many people thought this was gonna be a showcase for AJ.

    we all agreed though me, you and kirk, ruiz is no fool. hes probably joshuas best opponent. i mean id take a lesser fresh guy over a 60+ fight 40year old.

    I dont normally do the whole 'I told you so' thing. I dont know if Ive ever done it actually. But the overwhelming amount of people that were shitting on this matchup... when it was so obviously going to be a tough out for AJ, and was literally better than the original fight, kinda bugged me.

    I wish people were right though. I would have much preferred AJ to blast Ruiz out. Damnit.
