For the record... I still got it wrong. I didnt have the guts to take Ruiz for the win. Still thought AJ would survive the early rounds and come through with a stoppage when Ruiz slowed down.

Garbage garbage era. People criticized the Klitschkos era for them being big men that only win because of their size but they were both actually highly skilled in addition to being great athletic big men and THIS era is so obviously the actual era of big unskilled men winning because of their size, hence why AJ just lost to a pudding who possesses a bit of skill and Bum Squad has struggled badly or lost to opponents like the shell of Fury or Old Man River Ortiz who actually posses skills.

I remember at least half of the Ring's HW ratings a while back consisted of big unskilled bums who took up the sport late

Bum Squad took up the sport late
AJ took up the sport late
Whyte took up the sport late
Miller took up the sport late
Lucas Browne took up the sport late
Breazeale took up the sport late
Bryant Jennings took up the sport late
Joe Joyce took up the sport late
Gerald Washington took up the sport late

And in most instances they all transitioned from other sports and their skill level ranges from atrocious to poor, poor being the best of them which is AJ

 

And people lol'd at me for saying Sultan Ibragimov would've sparked AJ out which I am EXTREMELY confident he would've done so and done so early too.
