    Lol. I love that quote of Foreman - and we heard it with our own ears, no secondhand embellishment.

    Probably just me but that very expression always reminded me of the type of quip the old cartoon character Foghorn Leghorn would come out with. :lol:

    Not sure if his boxing record, but I'd like to suggest Ronnie Russell. Not quite self defence, but he did take on an armed kidnapper who was in the process of abducting Princess Anne. The Queen thanked him personally as a mother, gave him a medal and paid his mortgage off for him.
