I think Cotto is to MW as Floyd is to JMW. They go for big fights, but aren't physically fit for the division.

GGG is the man at 160. Beating Cotto proves nothing that I already don't know now. Time to move up.

Also Canelo will be up at 160 by the end of the year.

I would love to see him put a beating on Quillin, but we know Petey would never take that fight even if there wasn't a network split.

Give this man some high profile fights. Until that happens though, he should get
    all the belts.

NO ONE BELOW 160 beats GGG.

you only want ggg to move up because you think he gets beaten at 168 so you can than say see he is a hypejob.if ggg wants to stay at 160 and rule like hagler did that's fine.after all I don't see anyone screaming for ward to move up.

Yes he is, I've been a cautious fan, but... he is unbeatable at 160, Cotto and Canelo should duck him like the plague.

I just said he's the truth at 160. No debate. No if's. He just needs to now go up to challenge himself. This isn't the 80s. MW isn't healthy. He's the king there, no debate. As a fighter, for his legacy. He should move up.

If he can't land Canelo or Cotto right away, I hope Sam Soliman stays true to his word of being willing to unify. He'd be an excellent choice for GGG to stay busy against.

Well, he's not the lineal champ on paper, that would be Miguel Cotto. There are also titlists and contenders like Quillin, Soliman, Murray and a couple more guys, even some boxers that will be moving up soon because they are too big for LMW.

Also, the weight classes are there for a reason and a boxer has every right to remain in his class.

I think Cotto with Roach can possibly make it challenging....chances of him winning probably are slim but a great trainer as Roach and the ability of Cotto i think can make it still a good fight to see...it wouldnt hurt Trippa G any to get in the ring with a seasone skilled fighter who has a ATG trainer.

    He should TKO:

    Quillin
    Cotto
    Canelo

    then retire as the GOAT

I agree. There's nothing for him at 160. People cry that the best should fight the best, there's no discussion about it, he's the best at 160. He'd be better tested at 168.
