Yes, I agree it was more valid to give up the belt to fight Manfredo.

Worry not - Kessler will gather them all I am sure - and fight the mandatories worthy or not.

Bullcrap, Kessler picked up the WBA belt beating Siaca then the WBC beating Beyer.

I didn't say Kessler was the champ (he is not), but since you mentioned him. Yes, he picked up both his belts by beating the current champions, something Joe didn't when he won his precious WarrensBoxOrg titel that came without mandatories.:yep That reminds me, what happened when Joe FINALLY, after nearly ten years, did beat a champion and got a real belt with mandatories? Oh yeah thats right, he dropped it to fight MANFREDO! :rofl

    Quoted for truth. :good

Either Calz is linear or it's vacant, either way the only way Kessler can win it is if he beats Joe.

Why do mandatries matter In some situations and some don't? Joe would of been criticised still for some of his mandatries.

    Manfredo Is on Andrade's level.

That is simply stupid. If you really believe that, then make a poll (public), but I guess your excuse will be that the posters here don't know anything.

If they ever fight, we simply got to make a 50-50 money bet, no excuses, alright?

How do you get off saying that? He's never been lineal, and he's only beaten one other beltholder while in possession of a belt (same as Kessler). He became Ring champ because he was #1 and he beat #3 Lacy (Kessler was #2 even back then, but they'll elevate someone to champ when #1 and #2 have been set for a while and won't face each other). Calzaghe is far from being THE man. After this fight, I suspect he will be, but it will be the first time he's EVER been THE man.

In any case, Kessler isn't an alphabet champion any more than Calzaghe is, other than that Calzaghe has held his alphabet belt longer. Mundine isn't even a champion at all (he's the "regular" champion, more like an interim belt) and Berrio only won a belt when Calzaghe was stripped of the belt he won from Lacy, but Kessler won his first belt in the ring vs Siaca (who wasn't a paper champion either) and won his other belt in the ring vs Beyer (who also wasn't a paper champion, even if he was somewhat of a dodger).
