Lucky punch!! Many of you guys commented...well...No...watch the fight once again...and after the first engagin exchange, it was clear that PW was going to be open for that punch the entire night....Sergio conected a solid shot to the jaw in the first round in a number of exchanges...PW took them they were not flush...he still felt them...the only lucky thing that occurred was the he didn't got KO in the first....This punch was the first in one word....

He threw this shot over and over again....he was looking for it and he found it.

  3. The punch was a little wild... 15% luck.

It was a counterpunc, coming overhead, which is correct when you are fighting a taller opponent...watch, the first fight and count how many of this "lucky" punch landed...and watch the first round once again...and then we can talk....

Paul wasn't thinking enough, he didn't make the adjustment to avoid the angles for that punch.

He has done this his whole career, bhop does the same thing duck and throw and overhand. It is effective cuz u dont get counter punched easily whether you miss or not.

I don't know why some people picked Paul to win this rematch. Martinez is clearly the one with a higher ring IQ and is a very smart fighter. No one expected him to have Williams all figured out months after their first match? This was the exact reason why I picked Martinez to win.

the left was finding it's mark prior to the ko. i guess it was only a matter of time until sergio felt really confident with that left, timed pwill, and unloaded with full power.

Like I mentioned earlier, Quintana lay out the blueprint, Sergo executed it...with more power than Quintana...If Quintana, had more power he also would have KO PW

I never watched the first Quintana fight. Can't find it anywhere. Hopefully, this lost doesn't destroy Paul.

Truth is Paul could have and has gotten away with that mistake against Orthodox fighters, you cant make that mistake against another soutpaw your wide open for that Killer left hand and the fight proves that.

The sergio and pwill fight was nothing like the quintana/pwill fight. Quintana doesnt throw that punch at all, you are off base here. It isnt even a cross, it is an overhand punch.
