7:00pm. What time are they normally over here, especially for Sports Network shows??? i think normally around 12, i remember watching Calzaghe vs Kessler at 3pm.

Me thinks Warren wants it as late as possible. Giving Haye a horrible friday and less tiem to recover.

The fight is a very late start start so perhaps there's a maximum time between weigh in and fight to cut down on the "Gatti effect". Nothing would surprise me with FW though...

Where is the weigh in BTW?

I'd imagine that it's late with the fight time in mind but I haven't heard of late weigh-ins for other fights staged late for the US market, Calzaghe-Lacy, Hatton-Tszyu etc. I'd imagine it's done very much with Haye's weight problems in mind but it's hardly unfair since the fight is for 3 of the 4 titles at Cruiserweight.

Has anyone heard anything about how Haye's going making the weight - current weight, anything like that?

You should be allowed 24 to 36 hours recovery time. It might be a little later cos fight is starting later.

The weight in even sounds great about this fight. Can not wait to get a glimpse of what those two guys look like, the atmosphere should be really good too.

Wonder who else may be making an appearance?

It doesn't matter because Haye wins by KO. Because I can't seeing it going to the cards. Just wondering does anybody hit harder than haye in the cruiserweight division?

We all knew it would be Enzo + FW Vs Haye.

On a seperate note, why is the fight billed as "Maccarinelli Vs Haye" when Haye is the champion? And why on the promo shots is Enzo allowed to hold his WBO title and Haye only holding his WBC and not WBA title?

I think by being WBC champ Haye is automatically stripped of the WBA title or becomes super champion or Champion emeritus or some such bollocks.

But he'd still have the WBA title. It seems FW has insisted that Haye only displays one of his titles and that Enzo gets to show off his WBO "world title". Makes it seem like a more even fight I suppose.

Lets not go overboard on the conspiracy theories, the weigh in is at 7pm because the fight is at 2am. Its just like the weigh in being held at 1pm for a 8pm fight.

The WBC rules state the weigh-in must inbtween 24 and 30 hours before a fight, so good old Frank is going Haye a favour if anything.;)
