Most Mexican greats if not all are highly skilled fighters but do have the "Mexican cajones" lol.

Barrera, JMM, Saldivar, Morales, Olivares, Sanchez, etc. all great and fit the mold of skilled technicians. Missing many but just made a few examples.

Good card, seems Top Rank is putting some nice fights together for the end of the year.

Lara-Martiroysan is a decent fight but not anything special. Lara is a better fighter and should be a solid favorite. Martiroysan is a decent fighter and will make Lara work but I see Lara winning the decision here.

The fight of the card is clearly Salido-Garcia. Garcia is a promising fighter but this is a big step up for him from fighting fringe contenders like Remillard and Concepcion. Salido is a hard, experienced, veteran who is really going to push Garcia. I think Garcia wins but its an even fight that should be fan-friendly.

I think Salido will be passing the torch to Garcia. Salido is at the tail end of his career and will not get the UD.

As far as the other bout, Lara smashes Vanes big Armanian nose and TKO's him in the 10th.

Has gamboa moved up in weight now? If so this fight will likely determine the new number 1 featherweight.
