Novice boxing video

Just curious where are you training? Also did you call your son Rocky?? If so how did you get your bird (wife?) to agree to that.

Really good technique from that lad he seemed to have your mindset aswell and not trying to hit too hard/fast and focussing on his technique. I find that in a few gyms I've been in that you have to be there for a certain amount of time before they really focus on your skills. It's as if once you've proven your gonna stick with it then they really try and teach you how to box. Before that you get guidance but once you can hit the bag they leave you to your own with a bit of guidance but not much.

One of my mates wanted me to show him a few things so I took him on the pads a bunch of times, doing assignment sparring (more for fun than seriously training). Anyway took him to a boxing gym and he had better technique than some of the guys who'd been there for a while. Considering he'd been trained by a very very low level amateur in me thats not good.

Also how much do you charge for 121 training?

Might just have to find myself a mexican bird I doubt my son will be slick or black enough for shane and if he is I'll be having a word (in case you didn't know Im incredibly white)
