    That's completely untrue.

That's untrue. Bradley is a pretty good defensive fighter. His defense is certainly better than Paulie's. In fact, he's better than Paulie in just about every department. I don't know how you could be impressed by Paulie but not by Bradley.

Who has Bradley been in the ring with except a very bad (on the night) Witter? Bradley could be good be don't think for a second he's a the finished article. Paulie for me is much more polished and has a far better jab, and of course has been in with better guys, albeit got his ass handed to him against A level fighters.

I stand corrected, must have missed them due to this division sucking and not getting much threads posted about it.

Even so, people saying Hatton should fight Bradley without giving credit is bull****. He fought the number 1 contender (ranked) like it or not and it seems there just inserting next name into the mix.

Besides jab, what does Paulie do better than Bradley?

Bigger heart, better chin, sells himself better, talks more ****. We don't even know enough about Bradley, Witter fight doesn't tell me enough. I'm not hating Bradley I think he could be good but comparing him to Paulie in terms of polished ability is a bit soon.

There is no evidence that Paulie has a bigger heart or a better chin. Name me one fight where you have seen Bradley hurt. Paulie was rocked several times on Saturday and was out on his feet against Ngoudjo. Talking **** and selling yourself better aren't boxing skills.

I don't think it's too soon. I've seen them both in there against Cherry and Bradley was more impressive. Bradley also beat Witter, which is a better win than anything on Paulie's resume.

Well considering Paulie has been in with bigger punchers who are ranked highly its safe to say he has a better heart and chin, how can we say otherwise till Bradley gets into this position. Of course it debatable most things in boxing are. Cotto, Hatton, both with good power didn't take Paulie out. Bradley hasn't had this type of fight yet, with a good fighter. The way he pushed Buddy last night shows his heart, he wanted to carry on, he didn't want that KO on his record. We don't really need to say anything more about Paulies ability to take punishment and keep going. Something Bradley is yet to show us, so its not up for question at the minute imo.
I think Paulies a better pure boxer of course this doesn't mean he's effective or better than Bradley. After last night I don't think it's the case. Paulie of course has little power and a right hand that is shot to ****.

You asked me of things that he has better than Bradley I give you.

    Heart
    Chin
    Jab
    Hand Speed

If you don't take that fair enough but that's all I care to give in comparing the two. I'd like to see how Bradley copes with Hatton, in which I see as a good fight. But I think Ricky would take it just due to his ability to close the ring off and his constant pace. Something, that we saw he still has the ability to do.

Prior to the Witter fight, Harris was thought to be the biggest threat to Ricky Hatton... And I still think that Harris could have beat Hatton.... Not sure now....

Witter may be old, but he has the power to hurt Hatton, and he's also a bit awkward.... Remember, Lazcano, a career lightweight was able to get Ricky in some trouble....

Kotelnik, a former olympian... actually a good fighter....

Back to Witter/Hatton.. Ricky could easily outwork him and make it a rough fight.... Its still a fight i would like to see...

Bradley... I wanna see him in there maybe with a Randall Bailey or Deveno Alexander... 2 young American jr welters... Wanna see how far up in class Bradley is...

I think Bradley puts up a good fight, but HAtton might win.... but it could easily go the other way...

It's really sad when Hatton whoops a top contender and all of a sudden a lesser proven fighter is suddenly so close to him and almost better.

Timbo is a solid fighter who beat a sub par witter and all of a sudden he is the 140 king over hatton?

Thats sickening it really is. :-(
