Sturm ducked his mandatory GGG, and Proxa stepped up and fought in his place. Proxa was promptly dealt with.

Meanwhile, Sturm returned, hiding from GGG still, and lost his belt to Geale. Geale wisely took a big $$$ fight vs Mundine and avenged a loss, but then hid from GGG by fighting Barker. Barker squeaked the title from Geale and hid from GGG and fought Sturm.
Looking like a circle jerk here isnt it????

So, will Sturm man up and fight GGG???? Hells NO he won't.
He's got unfinished business with 41 yo Soliman. And you can bet that Sturm won't be even considering GGG. He'll go for Geale and Soliman, and maybe even give his boy Sylvester another go.:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Barker had a UK rematch clause if he lost, he will avoid the G.

    Undoubtedly:good

Sturm in the meantime can take a voluntary vs Soliman, bringing him to Germany, making big $$$, then he can go to the UK and fight Barker again. If he wins, he'll owe the IBF mandatory a fight, which will likely be Geale or someone we don't know of just yet...

there are literally dozens of ways to avoid GGG, and thus far, all other titlists have figured that out as well.:-:)-:)-(

The way it goes, they will all fight each other again, and again rather than face the GGG.

No way.....he'll blame his hip on this loss, and he'll take a journeyman/Brit level fight vs the likes of Ryder or Blackwell, he'll outclass them, look ready, and get that rematch $$$ vs Sturm.

Either way, aint none of these circle jerks gonna man up and fight the man.:verysad

Only one I can't blame is Sergio.....

I don't personally like the guy but reality is that he's a WW who aged into a MWs body, beat a drunk Pavlik and a glass chinned Williams, became an instant p4per, and defended well against the Euro fighters for a couple yrs.

He won his title past his best, and defended it pretty honorably with what he's got left.

He deserves to go out on a loss to Mayweather with his 20 mil.:think

Martinez v Golovkin is the fight we need. Golovkin deserves a shot at the real World Championship.

Golovkin fans truly are the worst (and least intelligent) of any fan base. Golovtard had his chance to step up against Thomas Oost at 168 and ran like a little ***** when TO insisted it was at 168 rather than the 164 offer from Golovtard.

Golovkin is a cherry-picking coward and his ****** fans like the OP think every word that comes out of his mouth is nothing but the truth.

Are we gonna pretend like tommy o's a good fighter now? Lmao

He's lanky, has 0 power, and likes to fight with his back to the ropes, GGG would eat him alive

Only thing tommy gun has going for him is his above average speed, and pretty solid chin

i'm not buying the hip story either. his legs looked fine until after that knockdown and then he looked ok again while he fired a straight left and right or two, then the corner threw in the towel. later he just walks out of the ring, i heard. dislocation? hospital? okeeeeee.

i'm predicting a miracle healing in Barker's future and he'll demand the mandatory back in the uk this summer.

exactly what has Sergio done to deserve $20 million for hypothetically bending over to Mayweather? he's been paid well for his fights. if he wants a decent legacy then he has to fight triple g.
