Kevin Iole wrote a great column yesterday holding Showtime and Jim Gray partially responsible for not only interviewing Juanma after getting beaten to a pulp but also encouraging him to clarify/speak more on his point instead of recognizing the situation and cutting away.

What he said and did was awful, he accused the ref and his son for being gamblers and betting against him with no evidence, ruining what was a brave performance and making him see like a whiny little *****.

He's done anyway, suspending him will just give him to to recuperate from being destroyed again.

 

They need to take into account you can't hold a man responsible for what he says after that much fresh brain trauma, and I'm dead serious. He was probably beyond concussed and what he said made sense to him at the time. After putting yourself through that kind of hell and getting stopped anyway, you can't be in your right mind. His camp accused the ref in the 1st fight for the same thing!!!!

 

I feel like people get in trouble more for what they say than for what they do. The suspensions are almost the same for saying something or getting caught using steroids or loading the gloves. what tripe. Punish people for what they do, not what they say.

action doesn't have to be taken, everybody with two brain cells knows he is just making up conspiracies. You don't punish people for believing in conspiracy theories or being ******ed, you punish them for intentional headbutts and cheating.

reasons for the suspension are bull****. All in all I have no problem with him being suspended for his biting attempt. You even get an immidiate disqualification for that in pikey trailor bareknuckle fights ffs

 

i haven't read an article yet. so it means he can't fight for a WBO sanctioned fight only?
