Pascal went about implementing testing about as bad as you possibly could. At least Hops didn't sue him for defamation atsch
Absolutely, but boxing needs to be regulated like tennis, random testing any time, any place. Any question of funding being an issue is just an excuse. http://www.tennis.com/articles/templates/features.aspx?articleid=5168&zoneid=9
He said he wanted him to take tests, he didn't accuse Hopkins of juicing. C'mon dude...with the way you reach you can dunk a basketball w/o jumping. :hey
Why is the OSDT not regulated in boxing sport now? What are the problems? Funding? Or does the Boxing Commission think it's not necessary? Thanks for your responds sir.

Don't recall him using those words. Not saying that's not true, just don't recall. EDIT: HE called him a cheater. However, that's not the same as a direct accusation of taking PED's. The 'cheater' comment wouldn't hold up in court IMHO.
I did. LIke I said, that's not the same as a direct accusation. Obviously we know what he meant, but I'm talking about it holding up in court. Hops suing for defamation would be a waste of both heir time.
