You havent got a clue have you? Vlad never got in the ring again with Sanders after being well and truly KTFO. Vitali went in with the flabby Sanders who had let himself go and didn`t train properly and he too was wobbled all over the shop before Sanders partying and lack of training caught up with him. You started a thread saying you were disillusioned with boxing yet you pop on every thread now sticking up for the 2 brothers who have stunk out rings all over the world with their boring robotic upright style. Seems you are just full of sh*t and cannot stand Haye because he is British and black.
I never mentioned Brewster......... Vlad couldn`t have avenged the Sanders defeat because he would have got starched again now run along.
Guys Guys ..thx for the positiveness ...ease up off the negativity we all fans here ... Ok in defense of my thread , my commet wasn't that Haye IS the man to beat , my comment refers more to the mindstate of the others ..those that KNOW they cant beat the BROTHERS ...will aim their sights at the OTHER guy ...albeit a challenge ..its a challenge they may feel more confident about... I agree that Haye WILL have success, especially against fighters like Peter ...Chagaev...Povetkin ...his speed and power is exciting ...AND DONT get me wrong ..i DO wish him every success ..but theres something about him ..im not convinced of yet ...dunno wat it is to be honest ...i think its the arrogance ...altho its needed to spice up things ..
And to throw a name in the miX ..i believe TUA will if given the chance tear his head clean off ...lol
Against the current heavyweights, I like his chances. His fight with the Klitschkos could be a toss-up, though. Vitali looks there for the taking, but, Wlad will be his ultimate test.
I love the logic that his comp is **** at heavyweight when he's only had 3 or 4 fights at the weight.... He's still a work in progress and i can see him peaking against whichever klitchko he faces. If it's Wlad id worry for Wlad's health
Haye brings most of what it takes to unify the belts. He is fast, strong, dedicated, uses the ring well, and is able to stick to a gameplan. Despite his big mouth, he shows brains and brawns. Except for the Valuev fight, Haye fought exciting bouts in the past. As much as I disliked that he did not fight the Klitschkos in 2009, though, I have to give Haye credit for the public awareness he collected for the HW division. He is a boon for HW boxing, even when he had a very short way to the belt. But everybody considers him the weakest of the three belt holders. And, rightfully so. Despite all the tools Haye has, he lacks a reliable defense and has a questionable chin - which could be his doom in a fight against a heavy hitter (like Tua or Peter) or a complete fighter (like the Klitschkos, or to a lesser extent, Povetkin). Wlad's chin is not good neither, but he avoids getting hit in the face - by exploiting his size, his jab, and other defensive tactics (including the ugly hugging he sometimes does). Should Haye show a solid defense in the Ruiz fight, I'd give him a fair chance against Wlad or Vitali. But not without it. Then, he'd need some luck to win, like an early cut vs. Vitali, or a bull's eye hit vs. Wlad.
Funny because he tried to rematch Sanders sanders wouldn't rematch him. After that fight he has had made sure to include clauses for rematches in his fights much like lewis did.
What about all his bull**** about taking out the Klits. The man is a pathetic joke. If he doesn't take on one of them this year he will be the laughing stock of boxing....again. I think he would have a good chance of beating all those names you mentioned. Thing is all those names are not worth mentioning. Everyone knows who he has to fight to back up all his verbal diarrhea.
He beats all of these guys - stopping the last three. Toney's just too damned old and out of shape, Peter's chin was cracked by McCline and Arreola is a myth.
