Hearn learned a trick or two from Al Haymon the GOAT promoter/manager/advisor himself. He will only let Joshua fight Wilder once Wilder is past prime which might happen soon, he is already 33 years old. It worked well for Mayweather, like his fans would say it is a "smart business move". Hearn is a really intelligent man!
Eddie and Joshua categorically said before the fight and BEFORE Wilder said he was not flying down to Cardiff that Wilder would not be allowed in the ring. They repeatedly said this on camera. Then after the fight, you have muppet Hearn saying “Of course Anthony Joshua would have invited him into the ring”... Casual Juicesha fans who buy into this **** are beyond stupid.
Only thing I know for a fact was that Fury was scared of a Wlad rematch. Ducked him, became depressed and suicidal. Happily retired until he saw AJ getting shine. Now he wants attention. A guy like Fury can only function when he’s an underdog. When you’re expected to do things, well we all saw he folded up like a lawn chair and witnessed his real heart pump sugar koolaid. Not blood. Kinda tired of this Fury myth. As far as AJ, yes. It’s abundantly clear Hearn is blowing smoke up everyone’s tail end and they want to hold off as much as possible. The hate that AJ is receiving is unwarranted imo but he is putting Wilder off. Wilder sucks but he does have fight changing power in a division where the saying one punch can change the fight is more prevalent than any other weight class. I would duck that guy too if I was AJ. 20 million a fight right now fighting Parker’s and Takams. Wilder is a cash out for sure. Plus even Wilder will eventually get KOed at some point. It’s just smart planning. Can’t hate too much. We all probably would do the same in AJ’s position.
