Now I understand why Chad Dawson will not fight Adrian Diaconu

Didnt diaconu pull out of the fight before?

 

I don't know if you are serious or simply trying to wind people up. All fans want to see the best face off and Dawsnon has been doing this. Who exactly do you want him to face? Im sure he'll face Calzaghe, Pavlik, or Hopkins next if he gets the chance and he has already faced Tarver, Adamek, and Johnson. Those are and will be some of the biggest fights in the division. Dawson keeps fighting top 5 guys in his diivision. He has worked his way to the top by facing the other best guys out there. Who do you want him to face that he hasn't from a "boxing fan" perspective.

 

i don't understand why people are so high on diaconu. he has almost zero chance of beating dawson. i doubt diaconu would get past glen johnson.

 

diaconu has a better chance of beating dawson than tarver did and what does glen johnson have to do with anything?

I doubt Dawson was ducking Diaconu but I would like to see that fight in the future if Diaconu remains champ. If Diaconu fights Jonhson then he won't be a champion anymore and I wonder if Dawson would fight Jonhson again?

For those that saying Dawson is scared to fight Diaconu are pure idiots. Who has Diaconu beat with a purse to prove That Dawson is afraid of him? Diaconu is nothing more then a 1 dimensional slow fighter that will be like a punching bag for Dawson. Also why should Dawson fight Dia in dia hometown when Dawson is a higher ranked light heavyweight fighter as the wbc light heavyweight champion? Even though Tarver and Johnson are both past their primes, they both are way way way 100 times better then all of Diaconu opponents that Diaconu beat.

 

People think that Dianconu is just going to walk in on Dawson and do what he wants lol. Dawson is at his best counter punching. Once Dawson, as tall as he would be in that fight went to the body ot Dianconu, the fight is over. He has not faced anyone close to the level of Dawson. The guys is saying, Dawson, come on, lets fight in my back yard. I hope Dawson never fights the guy unless he comes to America. All he has to do is cross the border if he is still fighting in Canada.

 

Well Shaw lost the purse bid so that's why he should have fought in Romania.And a punching bag?That is extremely exagerated

glen johnson is a great fighter...and chad would dominate him if they fought now...his skills make him p4p material
