Both fighters have something to prove and this fight makes sense. Their first fight was a war whether you think Margarito cheated or not, the rematch will most likely be action packed. I know Margarito is banned from fighting here in the states but it could happen in Mexico or Puerto Rico. Who wins the rematch?
I would rather see Cotto fight other guys. The style matchup is not good for him. What if he would lose again. His career would be in bad shape then.
Well, the very same thing happen to Mosely and he lost twice to the same boxer and look where he is today ! Alot highier up the food change than alot of people thought he wouldn't be.
Exactly. Margarito is a known cheater, and he falls to the bottom of the Boxing ladder. He does NOT deserve a shot at any names, nor ANYONE for that matter.
Judging by Cotto recent comment about Margarito and how he should be banned everywhere, it's not likely we see this fight anytime soon if ever. I personally wouldn't mind seeing Cotto get his revenge with a reshaped game plan and Margo's reshaped hand wraps but again it's not likely.
i really want cotto to erase margarito from the equation..im sure margarito is a desperate man now and would fight cotto in puerto rico..he must impose his dominance before he fights mosley...if ever mosley-cotto fights, the favored fighter would win..they are evenly matched...close rounds always goes to the favored fighter..if cotto beats margarito then he might have an edge at the odds
