Roy, I got a question for ya, you got any excuses now!! No you don't...It's to late. Roy has missed the party. He is no longer relevant.
Good way for Calzaghe to call it a day, to put a final ass-whippin' ko on Jones after, of course, he retires Hopkins with a sustained beating UD.
RJJ just likes to take the minimal amount of risks in his fights. He is not the type to put it all on the line.
Yes I noticed that by the way he beat Toney and Hopkins in his mid-20's, then moved up to 175 and unified the division, then again when he won a strap at heavyweight, what a ducking ***** Jones was eh, considering he started at 154 :nut :nut :nut Calslappy is 10 years older than Jones was when he beat Hopkins, and he's been talking about fighting Hopkins and Jones for at least 7 years while taking on **** opposition. Of course Calslappy will put it all on the line now against faded fighters, the question is why didn't he do it when they still represented a challenge? The answer is obvious to anyone that follows the sport, and not the fighter.
I believe Jones had priced himself out...and I also recall 2003 when taylor did same...now if Joe wins, he's fighting and old man. and if he doesn't fight him, he's ducking...Joe gets greased ither way.:fire
Jones priced himself out of what? A fight with Calzaghe? I never heard of any offer....If so, what were the terms that were too high that Jones asked for?
