He needs to take a tune-up as soon as he's fit, IMO. If he fights Vitali in September then that means he has almost been out for a year- that's not a good thing for anybody and a substantial amount of ringrust. I say fight Arreola or Ruiz- Ruiz is a big name and Haye wins easy, for me. A fight with Arreola would be immense and the winner could then face one of the Klit's by becoming the supreme mandated option.

Haye beat them both. Briggs is too ring rusty and Maskaev is far too slow for Haye

He should fight Cris. HBO would love it, and he would get good publicity in the states esp if it takes place in LA. In the end, It would pin two, good young HW prospects agaisnt one another, and determine whose the contender and whose the pretender. Plus there is some bad blood there. If Haye wins, it would be huge confidence boost and the demand to fight Wlad or Vitali wound even be greater. Whatever he does he needs to at least fight somebody in the top 10.

Haye - the Hype from England should take on Arreola - the Hype from America. Winner gets an immediate title shot afterward. How is this a bad plan?

so why not to fight. like it was said he's inactive for too long, minimum risk, good experience and additions for resume. and also it's a right time to finally send both of them into retirement!

He needs to fight a Ring Magazine top ten Heavyweight. There are still too many questions about Haye at Heavyweight.

Get a fight at heavyweight then charge in to fight Wladimir. A fight with Povetkin is what I badly want to see.

I want to see that, but it doesn't make sense for either one of them to take given that they are both so close to a shot

I understand where your coming at, but It's not in the realm of impossibility. Wlad has two mandatories, Povetkin likely in September or October and the winner of Chambers vs Dimentrko. And Vitali could still lose his arbitration.

If he can't get Vitali, why not snatch the WBA strap from Valuev? Just a thought.

If not, I'd love to see Haye vs Arreola, Povetkin, Chambers or Dimitrenko.

Haye could not beat Valouev. Valoeuv would knock Haye out, and I mean out!

Povetkin would knock Haye out, so would Dimitrenko, Ustinov, Boystov, Chagaev, Vitali and Vlad, etc. Haye is nothing!

I think Vitali will knock Haye out if the WBC allows him to do it.
