Now that he's an 8-weight champ, is it time to start thinking of Pac as a top 20 ATG?

if he beats the winner of martinez-williamsII, then beats the winner of Super-six plus the Bute fight, then Hopkins, would you rank him anywhere near your top 30? lol

Right. Just like it mostly says how badly Hagler sucked, since his entire rep is built on beating former welterweights and lightweights and LOSING to a welterweight.

It was an amazing performance. It's one to be mentioned alongside such legendary moments as Sugar Ray Leonard beating Hagler, or Henry Armstrong beating Barney Ross, or Roy Jones jr beating Ruiz. We all got to witness something very special in the world of boxing last night. Manny Pacquiao is a fighter for the ages.

You can laugh now, but that's how the history books are going to read. It's a fact.

When he wins a welterweight championship fight with a 147 weight limit and a light middleweight championship fight with a 154 weight limit. I will consider him an 8 weight class champion.

I say without sarcasm: name 20 better.

I mean, once you get past Robinson, Ali, Armstrong, maybe Duran, Greb and a few others, it gets very subjective. I would like to see some of the lists.

imho he beats Duran, who has much less of a resume and not nearly the success in his welterweight adventures, and crushes Greb, who I don't think would succeed today.

Pac's up there now with Ali, SRR, Armstrong, SRL, RJJ. And he's not the least of those either. That's got to be making the *****s throw up in their mouths a little bit.
