    OK Now tell me when Pacquaio was caught receiving an illegal 750 ml of saline in his own home?? You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know why Mayweather did that. When did Manny ever fail any test? Mayweather failed at least 3 but was given TUE's on them by NSAC & USADA. The crooks even tried to excuse him this last time but FAILED!!! Give it up Mayweather CHEATED!!!

    Im not a pac fan as such but I do believe he has always been 10 times the FIGHTER!! Mayweather ever dreamed of being
    Manny didn't need NSAC , USADA & Vegas boxing officials backing him to ensure he got wins even if he didn't deserve them.
    Now its been proven Mayweather CHEATED!! too NSAC & USADA gave him TUE's for failed tests before but even they cannot save him this time.
    Mayweather had incredible God Given boxing talents Its sad he didn't use them but instead chose to CHEAT!!!!
    That's my take anyway
