ireland actually takes in more immigrants than the UK per head, however because ireland is such a smaller country the problems are nowhere near as bad, there are areas of dublin for example that are minority majority, in england there are cities where minorities are the majority, if ireland was a similar size to england the racism problems over here would be worse than england imo, most english people of my age and older would of gone to school and been friends or have friends say of asian background, the same age group in ireland might of had 1 asian in every 1000 pupils at school, my age bracket in ireland is a very racist age group compared to the younger irish due to the fact that they never had the opportunity to get to know minorities

Nothing to do with Losing, more actually to do with winning!

Khan is an excellent boxer, I am a fan as I'm sure many are, BUT, everybody knows his record is padded and especially ever since he got rocked by Drizlin or whatever his name was, then Lamond and then Prescot...

Real boxing fans don't kid on - their sick of the Hyperbole, Khan or anyone for that matter, and that's it, plain & simple!!!

we don't have to listen to it anymore, or worse kiss their balls when they try sell off a show or his next opponent.

Khan is a very fine Boxer, and he has fought some decent fighters and could still (maybe, confidence might kill him) again, BUT we all know IF he fights a true fighter, Boxer or Brawler who can honestly punch, he's done!

as said he's an excellent boxer, but for a BIG LW cum JrWelter, he is NOT Great and never will be!

Thats it, NO MORE B.S for Amir Khan or any other fighter, we don't except it and why should we!!!

i would say khan has always been liked by the british public. he has far more support then he has hate.

otherwise why would he dominate the news for so long.

yes, there is a significant proportion of british public who do dislike him, but they are dwarfed by those who like him. even the idiots of facebook/twitter spouting racist **** are pretty insignificant when it comes to having large numbers. it's just like in normal life, they spew the most shite and are more vocal - 1000 unemployed hate filed racist ****s are move vocal than 10,000 casual boxing fans who would support khan if they knew he was fighting.

At my old workplace, several of the ladies fancied him, and they knew **** about boxing. even the older ladies thought he was good. show a picture of froch or even calzaghe and they didnt even recognise them.

khan is accepted by the majority of the british public and is recognised. he's huge and would have been even bigger had the mayweather fight have come off.

Why play the race card? it really pisses me off when people do this. Im not racist but I dont really like Khan bcoz of his trash talking and not fan orientated, He talks **** just like many other boxers and is hated for it he does not live up to his word and gets hated for it. Just like Haye did and many other boxers.

You cannot state that most of the hate and racism is from Britain bcoz that is untrue there are people all over the world that a racist and ****.

Yeah people make comments about people nit just asians black people white people chinese people unfortunately in this day and age racism is a common factor and unfortunately its something that we got to live with.

I know a few people that dislike asians/muslims bcoz they say they are the people who commit most of the terrorism acts throughout the world and that Muslims burn our flag and bible etc. and one of my cousins mates says he hates Muslims bcoz his mate was on a plane that was taken down by muslim terrorist but thats his choice.

do not play the race card you can not generalize everyone in your post

what primadonna kool neeeds to show or evidance, is how he came to that 80% figure.

that's where he is wrong. most people who dislike/hate khan from boxing fans are going to be the ones who know he's a bit cocky. the casual fans who hate him are probably linking him to hamed in terms of being a cocky prat. there was a poll a few years ago, as to why khan was hated so much and one of the top reasons was he had a big mouth/arrogance. Glass chin was also near the top, but to me that seems a weird reason to put hate on a fellow.

as for the majority of the racist hate you come across on youtube.facebook.twitter then that's the wrong way to analyze the situation. those people by their very nature have nothing else to do.

Anyway, with law as it is. i can bet, a lot of the racist people who post on twitter will soon be in trouble with the authorities. stan collymore just retweets the racist ****.

That's a nice generalisation you have made there, ladies and gentlemen that is a generalisation. I sincerely apoligise and you're friends loss, but they're now generalising. Mike Tyson is a muslim, Bernard Hopkins is a Muslim has he burned the bible? Is Hopkins a terrorist..?

I have never once stated that everyone is racist towards, Amir Khan. Never once on this thread have i stated that all of Amir Khan haters are racist. You have just made a generalisation, in the text I have highlighted. You are the only person on this thread who has made generalisation......

I am not playing the race card, I am spouting the truth. That a large part of Amir Khan's haters are racist, and just because afew people on here are starting to cry and make out they are the victims, of some massive lie.....

You are not the victims here, so stop crying. You are the victims of me saying something, you people don't want to here. People don't want to recognise the fact that racism egsist. And that Amir Khan has been subjected to serious amounts of racism during his boxing career.

I am not going to shut up, forget the percentage figures I mentioned, it's not 80. % but it's more than a small number. A large portion of Amir Khan haters are racist, the evidences too far spread on you're social networks, And then there's the situations I have witnessed in person. Every single fight, leading up to the fight and during I have seen and heard racist comments towards Amir Khan.......for years! For years!

From the personal experiences I have witnessed. People balantly telling me that they where shouting racist abuse at Amir Khan and his Brother afew years back at a amateur boxing event in Liverpool Everton.

Why are people ignoring these facts. Like I have stated before, you have just backed up my whole point. A large portion of this country is intitutionally racist towards Asians/muslims. And since this war on terror, this situation has gotten out of control. And it's vice versa, these muslims/ Asians are also intitutionally racist towards the western world. Their countries being invaded, and 1000 upon 1000 of innocent people have been killed.

But back to the Amir Khan situation, I am not playing the race card. I am not just randomly saying, "Oh you don't like Amir Khan because he is Muslim/Asian origin" and then leaving the thread.

I have backed up what I have said, and others like Ero have also added valued informative post which back up this situation.

A large portion of Amir Khan haters are racist.

Just to make sure I am not blind....

Are the comments in this video not racist then? Give me a yes or no answer .

    [ame]http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=L0wH9W9KCZA[/ame]

When this thread Is over, I will carry on this subject. And I will get somebody to make a thread called, Amir Khan's Haters......

Every racist comment I see on a social network, it will documented and recorded. Everyone racist situation I hear and see during fight build up, i will speak about it.

I am already 100% right in saying, a large portion of Amir khans haters are racist, but I will further this project just to really drum my point home.
