Wilder won't ever let go of that belt. It's the only one that he'll ever see. And his only claim to fame.

He'll find some other excuse, and keep fighting overweight bums

He'll have to be stripped. He won't give it up, not when he can fight faded and lower tier guys for paydays. The wbc will strip him in my view to protect themselves.

Now he has to fight Povetkin, which he is afraid to do.

Because we strongly suspect that he has caught Chickenson's disease, also called Canelitis, and that he will drop the belt rather than face a true warrior.

When a man stands to make 5 mil dollars, and a ****en FAN says that he's scared to fight another man in a sport that he makes his living in...he's basically saying that the man doesn't want to make 5 mil dollars lol. Sick thought right? Armchairs lol...

I sincerely hope that you are correct and that Wilder takes the challenge.

Since he said during the height of the non-controversy that he would consider dropping the belt rather than face Povetkin, you are an idiot who is not paying atttention.

Your boy ****ed up because he was a ****en coward who tried to cheat. He won the purse bid and had the fight at home and still tried to cheat because he was scared!!! The Wlad beating scared him to the point that he had to use more and more Meldonium. #*****

I think people are suggesting that he's afraid it will be his last significant payday if he loses.

If - and this is purely hypothetical - it turns out he can't hang with the top guys then it would make sense that he'd want to milk his title for a few more easy pay days before cashing out. He'd be stupid not to want to maximise his earnings.

I disagree UTF that the Arreola fight should be cancelled, but the WBC does in fact NEED to enforce the mandate before the end of the yr and NOT allow Wilder a unification fight until he makes his first mandatory.

That said, with or without meldonium, or for that matter, Nandrolone, Wilder's ONLY chance of beating Potvetkin was to starch him with a R hand.

Those chances did not increase or decrease, nor would they be increased or decreased if Potvetkin was roided to the gills or vice versa.

Potvetkins only chance at victory was landing a combination on Wilder.

He wouldn't win a decision, and he'd need to put a 2 peice together to put Wilder to sleep.

If the Canelo situation is any indicator, the WBC will do the right thing and reschedule the mandate for early/late fall and strip Wilder and allow Potvetkin to fight Pulev or Stiverne for the vacant title in early winter. :think

Uh, no. Actually, he didn't, and that is now the official verdict. You are clinging to this because you know Wilder sucks and is about to be knocked clean out of boxing.

Afraid to fight Povetkin? :think You all have some active imaginations, but Povetkin can forget rescheduling the fight in his hometown. He will be bringing his azz to Tuscaloosa!
