Now that the Jones fight is presumably off, who will Hopkins fight now?

There's nothing there for him. They both should have retired long ago. Maybe this is a wake-up call.

    Honestly, Dawson or Haye...
Sounds like a Bernard move, Just suck's he will be denied his KO over Jones.

    I hope Hops realizes that..
He should definitely retire after he schools Ornelas. Guy is 45.. how much longer can he fight?

My God, Hopkins must be pissed off. He lost millions when RJ got KOed.

If he's up to it, the Dawson fight would make all the sense in the world.

I hope he fights Dawson, but I wouldn't be surprised if his last fight is tonight.

He should still fight Roy Jones Jr! Here me out:

    1) Roy got caught early and that was it. He wasn't outboxed and didn't look out of shape or slow. Green is simply a puncher with a puncher's chance. He landed early and that was it.

    2) Against Bernard, a safety first fighter without the kind of power Green has, Jones and Hopkins will simply box and see who the better fighter is.

I'm going to Hopkin's fight tonight in Philly and as one of Roy's biggest fans It'd gonna be depressing.

He should not fight Jones. It would be bad for his legacy if he lost, bad for his image if he won.

He WON'T fight Dawson, horrible style matchup for him. I also don't think he'll be fighting Haye.
I think he'll be going for Green or Adamek just because their style are perfect for him.

I think he might still fight Jones, although the clamor for that fight is diminished big time. It might still happen. Sometimes when guys get a fight in their head it is hard to let it go, and the Hopkins and Jones fight is similar to Hearns and Leonard years ago when they rematched after Tommy didn't look so good with Barkley and Kinchen, and Tommy fought better than Ray in the rematch. So you never know. Jones could comeback and fight well if he is not hit clean, although he has been stopped 3 times now and has 6 losses compared to none the first time.
