You guys might think I'm crazy but Pacquiao speed wise still looks like the same guy from back in 2009. He is still very fast hand and feet. He doesn't engage fighters like he used to. His out put has gone down. He doesn't throw as many punches and hardly ever presses guys and lays down combinations. The spark has faded.

 

Only turds try to rewrite history... The fact is NSAC said Floyd did no wrong end of story...

 

His speed is still there what he's lost in work rate he makes up in ring iq and better defense. He's a much more complete fighter than he was back then.
