a consultant who cant even classify something on the right classification. youre good.....

  2. You're a moron. Cotto is an excellent boxer. Its just that Manny Pacquiao is great. Greater than most of us could have imagined.

This is the same BS hype that is out there for EVERY fighter pre-Mayweather. They hype them up and are even willing to polish a turd until it shines like a diamond (Baldomir). Then the actual fight happens and they begin to examine the damn facts.

    01. PBF met DLH at DLH's weight. Beat him. And no, there was no struggle.
    02. PBF put the mitts on Hatton when his camp was intact. Not when there was tons of drama in the camp.
    03. Cotto lost to Clottey and was gifted Clottey's belt. He showed his "shotness". Cotto was doing the same running toward the end of that fight too. (Funny how they didn't stop it?)
    04. Now Pac beats a shot Cotto with a busted camp. Go figure.

Man I don't care what anyone says, Pac is a cherry picker. If Pac is hard, how did he skip over ALL boxers of note in the lighter weights? First they say, there where no boxers there, too light. Then somehow he pops all the way up to WW and skips over Kendall Holt, Nate Campbell, Tim Bradley, etc... What happen there? Somehow he manages to always get a brawler in front of him. Go figure.

Live it up. When Arum stops ducking Mayweather and they enter that squared circle, you all will be picking up the pieces.

Cotto was solid, but he was getting regularly dropped in fights he came back to win. Zab was taxing him until he began to cheat.

i would put Pac in the top 30's if he beats Vlad. Cotto, Hatton, Dlh...and the rest are far too small an opponent for Pac.

There is time for ppl to start threads Which are better uses of their time. Regardless of this diatribe pacmans greatness as a boxer and the greatness of cotto in boxing (albeit of a lower stature) are not affected by these people their words nor their actions

Nobody agreed with you except the Cotto haters. Cotto has only one lost. Plaster boy lost does not count.

Consider yourself fired. Unless your strategy is about pissing people off, then you are plain gold.

    Okay.
Collazo is better than Cotto- WRONG. When did Collazo ever face Pacquaio? When did he beat Clottey or Mosley?

Cotto would have been knocked out had he not hit Judah's balls- WHY? Cotto hurt Judah to the face and body more than the balls...

Cotto beat Mosley because Mosley was getting divorced-RIDICULOUS.

Pacquiao beat a B class washed up Cotto-WRONG. He beat an A+ Class welter suffering slightly from wear and tear.

He lost 2 matches to Marquez- Actually Pac won 1 and drew 1, have you not seen the results? They were both disputable, but not definate Marquez wins unless your a Marquez fan/Pac hater.

COTTO is an exceptional modern welterweight who only lost to the very best. He took on all comers regardless of size and could come again.
PACQUIAO is an all time great top 30 minimum. He again took on all comers regardless of size and defeated them comfortably.
More importantly YOU are an inadequate poster who should never again be let near a keyboard with boxing in mind.
Your integrity has taken a far worse beating than the ''B-class'' Cotto ever lost in his defeats.

i always thought cotto was ovverated, but rating him B level is a bit harsh. i would say A- level is more like it. his skills weren't the best but he does show heart and can be a bit gritty and grimey at times, all for the sake of winning fights. with that said, he was very disappointing on sat night. the cotto that showed up wasn't even the "overrated" cotto that usually shows up on fight night. i dont know who that "quitter" was in the ring with the Pac-Man.

01 There was in fact a struggle. It was a split decision. Pacman won by
    TKO.

02 You must not have seen the Pac/Hatton fight. I can't blame you.
You probably went to make a sandwhich and it was already over when
    you got back.

03 Clottey did not have a belt to "gift" to Cotto. Cotto won the belt in
return from the Margarito fight when he beat Michael Jennings. Cotto
also suffered a nasty cut and fought through it. All the while Clottey
cried like a damn ***** to the ref.

04 You're a ****ing idiot. Cotto fought every top welter around. He was
no longer prime, but certainly he was not shot.

@ Bazza12 Anyone who saw those fights knows how it went down.

Collazo is a dangerous B+/A- class fighter. He fought well against Mosely and arguably BEAT Berto. Pacquio won't face boxers. We know this.

Dude a mistaken shot low is one thing. Cotto threw MULTIPLE crotch shots. Crotch combos! Zab was beating his butt.

Cotto took the hard way up and got hit too much. They "gifted" him Josh Clottey's belt so he could be in the Puerto Rican Day parade and set Arum up for a double dip. Everyone knows it.

Cotto is good. You can say the same crap about Zab. Cotto was getting dropped REGULARLY when he got in with upper level talent.

When Pac fights someone of note that he doesn't wreck with weight restrictions or busted camps THEN we will see. The fight with Mayweather will put all this crap to rest.

    01. Man please. He was getting shut out. They gifted him a card, which was to be expected. He was out classed while FULLY HEALTHY.

    02. I saw the fight. I also saw the Collazo/Hatton fight. I knew Hatton was a clown. He was even more of a clown with that crap second destroying the camp. What A class boxer drops his hands and sticks out his chin before throws a lead hook? Hatton's camp was crap.

    03. That was the gift. The robbery of Clottey. Anyone who saw the fight saw Cotto broken and running. Man Cotto repeatedly fouls when he is in trouble. Check the Judah fight.

    04. What top welters? His "coming out" was against Zab. Unfortunately for Zab, he was given a foul-free-pass and could throw combos to the crotch without warning, deduction, or DQ. Same BS he pulled against Clottey. His win over Mosely was legit. After Mosely who did he face and win? Gomez? Jennings? EXACTLY clown! Everyone else either beat him down or he was gifted the win!
