Maybe. But watching the fight live with no commentators to influence one's opinion is the most accurate way to score a fight.

Obviously fighting at home is an advantage and apart from Ward(???) all Super Six fighters will need to fight home and away.

Deffinitely, although it was a great performance he put up this week. I just dont think Dirrell can get through a guy like Hopkins though hes too green at this point give him and Ward a year or two and well see two greats hopefully.

The most accurate way to score a fight is to count the clean punches. Then you also have to count in who's in control of the fight (respecting styles) and KD's warnings etc etc.

But you have to be freakin neutral at all times. Sadly we all know that this is never the case. Too bad for boxing, really.

Ward's team did a great job. Also when they where allowed to put in the ref in the fight against Kessler. That was classic.

and none of them seem able to win away!

oh except Ward does not have to fight out of his home country - and don't give me that bull**** that fighting out of state is fighting away. we are talking about getting grief from the moment you land at the airport all the way to having thousands booing at you as you walk out to the ring.

Yes great chin! he took a few hard shots from AA, and a few from froch, but more importantly AA, he took then and invited more! dirrell after the tournament will surpass the winner if its not him! maybe froch or Ward! but dirrell has star power

If Froch meets the other Andre (Ward) he's going to get the breaks beaten off of him!

YOU CAN WRITE THAT IN STONE HOMEBOY!:good

Fighters with faster hand/foot speed will always trouble froch....

Unless ward trys to brawl with froch or froch lands a miracle punch, ward should outbox froch pretty easy....

However i dont reccomend that clinch **** he was trying to get away with vs kessler... Froch is strong as ****, clinching vs him is stupid... If ward boxes him he will win a pretty easy decision, sorta like abraham-dirrell shuda been, unless he gets too cute and trys to brawl with froch..... Froch is the ultimate bar brawler :yep:yep:yep

I seriously doubt that would happen (the clinching part) but dont get it twisted, Ward does have the power and the strenght to bang and out muscle Froch...Go back and look at the Miranda fight...He fought and beat Miranda at his own game (roughing him up on the inside, while outboxing him when needed) I can see Ward doing both inside fighting, finding his range and outboxing Froch from the outside and keeping him frustrated while switching stances.

Ward can do it all man and that my pick for this tourney!:good

Froch is a lucky scrub. He got a hometown decision with biased refereeing where he was allowed to get away with everything in the book.

If Dirrell fought Froch again he ends him. But I dont think that'll happen because either Kessler and Abraham are gonna do the business on the geico caveman.

Maybe, but if and when they have rematches, I think Dirrell beats Froch maybe very clearly and gets knocked out by AA.

Coming into the super 6, Dirrell was the least experienced out of the group and considered the long shot to win it all. If going to England and whooping Froch, and then outboxing one of the favorites in AA doesn't prove that he's the truth, I don't know what the **** he has to do to convince the haters. I doubt these same people won't give him his props after he beats Ward's ass either.

    A bit underrated.

He has a tough chin, he can bang, he can roughouse, and he has great stamina. Obviously his speed and defense is dismal, but his confidence is supreme, and he is still undefeated.

He's a tough hombre to fight. Hugely confident, he knows he can hurt you, and he doesnt get tired. You got to fight all 12 rounds if you want to beat him.

The Dirrell fight was an ugly fight, but I think for the majority who saw it, it would be hard to say Dirrell won. I thought it could have gone either way

Considering that the enormous majority of the press at ringside thought Froch won, it was one of those fights that obviously looked very different live.
