I'm not gunna bash Walters eventhough I was disappointed he gave up. He was just of his depth, I had it a 60/40 fight going into it but that was man against boy in there. Lomanchenko showed why there are legitimates claims for him being p4p 1. Complete domination of his best opponent to date, it was a similar perfomance to Crawford v Postol, where it's close on paper but only on paper.

 

lol I didn't wanna bash Walters and say he's crap and downplay Lomas win coz going in to the fight Walters was a top guy in the division. The way this guy quit was disgraceful he had no heart, he only got hurt in one of the round and what's worse was he always had a punchers chance and he forfeited that.
This is why you have to rate Wards performance, he got up when the going got tough and made it competitive.
Good picks I had Ward, Crawford and Loma but none of them played out how I thought lol

 

Neither did I thought Walters would be a big threat but he shitted his pants and the first sign of adversity. He didn't even go to the body when the opportunity was there, obviously left that axe at home I guess.

 

Ahh yeah definitely he deserves everything he gets I don't mind someone being outskilled but give it your all at least.

 

Going into the fight Walters had some good scalps but elite is Loma, Walters is just a good fighter, he was just out of his depth and he got his heart exposed.

 

Man i don't know what would happen in that Crawford fight but that's the only guy other than Rigo who has a decent shot of beating Lomachenko.

 

You put big money on Walters? I would be fuming with that ****er if it was me, at least stick around in the fight and see if you can land a Hail Mary for Christ sake.
