    once Pacquiao agrees to mayweathers 1(one) demand, this fight will happen.

    That article says that Pacquiao made additional requirements (plural = more than 1).
    Pacquiao can't agree to 1 of mayweathers demands when mayweather has agreed to all of pacquiaos?

    No it isn't Pac already accepted 7-day cutoff and I haven't heard the $10million per pound anymore. Face it Manny has made concessions and Floyd is just being a *****.     And you haven't heard about the 10million per pound because Mayweather agreed.

    Mayweather isn't trying to negotiate the 10 million pound fine, because he knows it wont be a problem for him and wont weigh in above 147

    Pacquiao would agree to random blood testing without a cutoff if it wasn't a problem as well...

    the fight is not happening because Floyd insists that Pacquiao submits to his testing standards and Pacquiao doesn't seem to wanna do it.

    So in what world is it that a fighter gets everything he is asking for? It's called "negotiations" for a reason...you NEGOTIATE!!! Floyd and Pac are equal in popularity so they need to make concessions. Pac has made his, now it's time for that ***** to do the same.
