Great enough to get him by in his prime. I think people are swayed by seeing him take so many punches now that they forget that he was "slick" to an extent in his prime days.

nah even in his prime he was getting hit alot, against lesser fighters he looked like superman but when he started fighting at the top level he started getting hit with shots he should have been hit with, also i think the vernon forrest losses took something out of him, he never looked the same again.

Well, Williams' chin is certainly suspect, but we won't know for sure if it's glass until he gets starched a few more times. My guess is you are probably right and this is exactly why he didn't want to fight Mosley.

calling out doesn't mean **** in the professional world, fights aren't signed by mouth, they are using pen on paper, paper which williams did not send to team mosley to sign.

Mosley was a big puncher. We saw what happened to Williams against a guy who isn't the puncher Shane is. Maybe Williams' suspect chin has been evident in the gym for awhile. Who knows?

Too bad Mosley didn't have the guts to fight Williams to try and test Williams chin.

So paper wasn't sent means Williams don't want it? lol boy you're an idiot. Goosen has made it clear that Mosley would get the bigger payday then what Mosley recieve vs Margarito. Goosen even try to call gbp but no response was given. Mosley himself even said he won't fight Williams cause Williams style is all wrong for him.

^^^If this don't proved to you that Mosley didn't want to fight Williams then you're alot dumber then farmboxer. Well wait i take that back you're already dumber then farmboxer.

Mosley should have never taken the Forrest fights. Vernon was too tall, too much reach and Shane couldn't cope with the jab and the attacks built off the jabs. Vernon nearly took his head off in the second round of the first fight. Those two loses took most of what Shane had as a prizefighter and he lost his "slickness."

I think Forrest beat the prime out of him. Shane got hit a lot against DLH but at lightweight he was superman and didn't get hit too often if my memory is correct. So only DLH and Forrest found Shane with hard shots often. Not bad....
