Apparently those are the NSAC rules.

Dont know why anyone did'nt bring this issue up to the attention of the fighters camps as a resolution to the fight getting made when it was first being negotiated.

This issue of drug testing can easily be resolved.
Pacquiao say's blood being drawn makes him weak......fine, Mayweather should think about withdrawing his demand of random blood and urine testing in exchange for both fighters wearing 10oz gloves. Something that would greatly benefit the boxer in the matchup.

In fact, Mayweather can publicly state he'll let Pacquiao have his pick. He can take the random tests and wear the 8oz gloves, or he can decline them and wear the 10oz gloves.

You know, I dont think Pacquiao would chose either of those. I think he would just decline the fight altogether.:?

Marquez is catching up. by November, Marquez would have requested catchweights on two 147 operators. Pacs title at being a "catchweight king" is being challenged.

 

The difference being that in the Mayweather and now the Pacquiao fight, Marquez wanted both fights at 140 lbs and did'nt give a **** about the 147 lbs title.

We know that Pacquiao at least can easily make 140 lbs but refuses to do so against Marquez because Marquez represents a real threat, and the PED user benefits in climbing up in weight against a fighter that does it naturally.
