Then to rub salt in they GRANTED the TUE. Then insulted everyones intelligence by stating " Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong we will not be investigating" ROFLMAO

Pacquaio,,,, This same NSAC agreed Manny could have Toradol shots before the fight after Freddie said Pac had an injured rotator cuff & may have to pull out, Thus saving the fight card & a huge $$$$$$ loss if the fight was cancelled.
But as they were about to give Manny the Toradol shot the NSAC did an about face & sabotaged Manny by denying him it.
The reason given was he had not ticked a box on the form where it asked " Are you carrying any injury"??

Did Mayweather tick the box to say " Yes I'm dehydrated" ? No he didn't Did he make any comment about being dehydrated before he was caught CHEATING??? No But the NSAC stated'
" Mr Mayweather did nothing Wrong " He only received 750 ml of saline drip when just drinking a pint of water would have sufficed ROFLMAO

^This. His fights brought a lot of money to Nevada, so he was able to get away with things that others couldn't. USADA is corrupt and the NSAC is corrupt. They're both in his pocket. For Mayweather, passing a drug test with USADA under the NSAC was like taking an exam where the teacher had already promised him an A+ and the prinicipal promised to look the other way.

Yes he does. I don't know why Tygart ultimately went on a crusade against Armstrong other than to make a name for himself, but if USADA ever felt the need to do the same with Mayweather, Floyd's drug history would be out in the open pretty quickly.
