There's not really much I can say about it. Canelo did the right thing, and when he's vindicated and the fight is rescheduled and he wins being a clean fighter, every doubter will be forced to give him his credit . In the meantime, GGG should pursue Andrade for a fight in May.

If you thought the rightful decision of that fight was a "MD", I guess the draw is more than acceptable. Floyd absolutely dominated and schooled Canelo, GGG scraped by with a 7-5 type decision.

Nah, I disagree. I think 7-5 for GGG is the correct decision in that fight. I originally had it 7-4 with round 1 even, but I gave it to Canelo on the second viewing, so I switched it to 7-5.

TS I have news for u, apart from G there is barely a MW, LMW or WW that would beat 2018 pedded up SA! Its not my fault you're too dumb to allow for a fighter to evolve, progress & further himself in terms of skill set size & experience. Comparing 2013 SA to today....

Scraped by indicates controversial or questionable in my book. GGG won that clear. Was a UD over a signature opponent. Anyone can see that. Wasn't his best night but he still won convincingly.

Floyd? Different Canelo. Different style of fight. Canelo fought a fairly negative fight versus G (mostly back peddling) was content to fight in spurts & mainly survive the full 12 to claim a moral victory.. Do you think Floyd beat the same version of the much more mature Canelo that Fought GGG?

& it speaks volumes to me that for GGG Canelo utilized nearly every dodgy trick in the book! Wraps, PEDs, Byrd, gender reassignment...

Wheras for Floyd he was content with dropping to 152lb & taking the fight to him. Young fighter back then. If you can't see that then I can't help you.

 

After watching Lara v Hurd last night, which was an excellent fight by the way, is there ANYONE who still believes Lara would of or still beats GGG?

 

That's what I was going to pursue... I mean Hurd is a come forward aggressive type of fighter with half the boxing brain of GGG! If he was the slick defensive master that was going to school G why couldn't he even beat Hurd? & it wasn't even a robbery either! GGG would have picked Lara apart! Hurd has nothing on G other than natural size...
