The NSAC is sticking with their urine but that still doesn't rule out that fighters can ask for additional testing. Likely Pac has already agreed to USADA 14 days, just like Mayweather wanted from before.

This doesnt change a thing in the negotiating process. Both fighters are obstinate and going back to NSAC would be backtracking.
