Number 20 for A. Joshua?

What we want and what is going to happen are a million miles apart.

I would actually like to see klitschko fight someone well ranked to see what he actually does have left and see how good Joshua's win was, let Joshua get pulev out the way another good learning fight for him then rematch. Joshua shouldn't be in any rush still things to learn.

 

If we don't see the Wlady rematch now, It won't happen, and we will of lost one massive fight in the few that can be made against Joshua right now.

 

Ortiz. He's getting no younger, and I'd like to see what he's capable of against the number one fighter in the division. Would answer a lot of questions about Joshua as well.

 

I'd prefer Wilder to unify another belt.

Ortiz is a good fight, but he doesn't bring a belt and is a harder sell, unifying with Wilder has more significance.

Wlad is the best fight in terms of competitiveness but I think he should retire, while it's the fight I'd enjoy the most, he's had a long, long career and think for him it's better to retire, instead of hang around for too long.

 

My first choice would be a rematch with Wladimir Klitschko. AJ was behind on points at the time of the stoppage. He was clearly losing the fight at that point. That alone is a hard reason for a rematch. Not to mention that financially it is the biggest fight that could be made nowadays.

If Wladimir decides to retire I would like to see a unufication fight with Wilder. Though I have serious doubts that such a fight would be made. Wilder avoids any risks so it is highly unlikely he would take a fight with such an opponent. My educated guess is that Wilder will not fight a dangerous opponent in the next 2 years. He will hide and wait to see a weakness in a potential opponent. Otherwise he will not fight one. WBC will oblige him. No problem with that. Wilder will push for a fight with Bellew.

If Wladimir decides to retire it is more likely that AJ fights Pulev. SAuerland will not let him out of the hook. Pulev is Sauerland's the most marketable at this point so he will put a lot of pressure on IBF.

i hope that Ortiz will get a big fight soon because he is getting older and less chances will be available for him in the long term.

 

Yes, the rematch with Klitschko would be the most in demand fight out there for Joshua, i'd venture to say it would sell more tickets than either Wilder or fury versus Joshua

Klitschko is a big drawer in his own right. Wilder is an unknown, and Fury is not the draw Wlad is either. Not even close


and if The Klitschko rematch don't happen next-- we won't see it at all

 

Dunno about globally but AJ Fury would be on another level completely to the Wlad fight in Britain.

 

What questions could you possibly have for Aj ?

 

He was not UP on the cards not even including the 11th with multiple kid's. He really only win sound 6 and 7 clearly, maybe could be given very closely fought rounds 8 and 9.

So 6 to 4 with 1 even is what you're looking at best case scenario. And Aj was in (ring IQ) recovery mode to get back to 100% in 7,8. Those were rounds he only wanted to get all his strength back.

Wlad put everything into that fight, if you couldn't tell he was at his absolute best, I don't think he could come close to that again. He never had those legs and never had that FIGHT in him, that dog.

Aj is only going to be so much better, he knows wlad now. No surprise left hooks going all out for the kill trying to prove something.

He can now take his time and take him out late without getting caught. I'd rather not see wlad looking like that again. I bet vitali feels this way too.

Him struggling to get up in that 11th round twisted my heart, almost made me wish he'd land a wlad maker to win

 

Pulev and the arena will be full with bulgarians who live in the uk, he will lose probably, but he will have plenty of support.
