Iskenderzade is circling and poking out with his left jab, holding both arms vertically to shield off the hooking flurries of Simion. Far more activity from Simion, getting a piece of Iskenderzade's body intermittently while jumping in and advancing flat-footed, caught with occasional right hand leads. Iskenderzade down.

Iskenderzade is keeping distance, touching Simion's forehead with the jab and spacing his rear foot out after each feel, dragging the lead before Simion can lunge with a counter. Iskenderzade is still much less active but a bit cleaner overall as he keeps it moving, avoiding the ropes.

Iskenderzade is circling to his left and bouncing outside a few extra steps beyond Simion's reach, jabbing and tucking in behind a shell as he backs into the ropes. High flurries into the guard and hooks into the side of the neck by Simion.

Iskenderzade is dancing around, turtle shell wrapped tight. His legs seem to be losing a bit of their starch. Simion catches up to him and loads up a big right hand up top. Iskenderzade's knees buckle and one drops onto the canvas. No count given, but Simion rushes in for the finish. Straight combos up top by Simion, blocked on the forearms, Iskenderzade grabbing him behind the head and pulling him into a clinch. Iskenderzade switches to southpaw and sticks the right jab out defensively. Simion hooks at his shoulders and lowers his own center of gravity, plowing Iskenderzade against the ropes.
