I always have one cheat meal/ binge every weekend. I eat about 6000 calries in one sitting. It probably isn't optimal in terms of nutrition but it is good for my mental state. I also figure that I eat 6 meals a day so that is 42 meals per week. 1/42 meals being a shocker can't be that bad?
Most people consume 3500-5000 calories a day (when training). You claim you consume 6000 calories in a single meal? I doubt it.
Do you mean kilojoules? I have a hard time believing someone could down 6000 calories in one sitting. What do you eat?
6000 calories is approx 192 squares of bourneville. Anyone up to the challenge? 6000 calories in one sitting, after a big training session, involving liquid calories, calories from ALL the ingredients added up.. its possible but you'd have to be a BIG man. I could do 3-4000 within a "sitting" but can't see myself going higher. Krispy Kremes included, 400 calories for my favourite one, need 15 of those? don't think I'd feasibly make it..
If I starved myself all day and had a kickass training session, some good weed, about 2 hours, and a tv to entertain me/make me forget I'm eating... dammit that's still over 12 McDoubles...I think I could but I'm afraid to try it...
Doubt you have to go that far. Im a small guy who weighs less then 60kg and im sure i could eat that much worth of calories if i forced myself. 3 tubs of ben and jerrys ice cream would do it
The only answer to this philosophical debate is a thread where we all post vids of ourselves attempting the challenge. If he dies he dies.
