Is turkey with lettuce, tomato, onion, and honey mustard on a whole wheat bread unhealthy for you?

Yes, it will probably kill you after 2-3 bites.

Unless you're allergic to one of those things why would you think it's unhealthy for you?

You answered that question as if you thought I was an idiot. Also, your response wasn't a very good one. Just because I'm not allergic to these things, doesn't mean they aren't bad for me.

  4. No it is not unhealthy for you

A humorous answer doesn't imply you're an idiot, but you asked if a lean meat+veggies on whole wheat is unhealthy; not exactly an einstein-level question lol. My answer told you it's not bad for you. If you don't like that answer you'll have to get used to it because as you can see, it's the answer you're gonna get from people.

    :)

As long as you're not going over your calories with it you're fine.

LOL maybe I overreacted. Anyways, the reason why I asked this question was because whenever I think something is healthy, there always seems to be a catch that makes it not as healthy as it seems. Oh yeah and I don't really know much about nutrition cause I'm 15.

I gotcha, yea it can be hard to trust everything that you believe is healthy because of hidden stuff nowdays.

My biggest pet peave is the whole trans fat labeling situation where companies can claim no trans fat if it's less than .5g per serving.
