Hi all i wasjust wondering if anyone here knowledgeable (all advice welcome) has anything to reccomend for rest days.
It's logical to eat less calories on these days because obviously your burning less but it would also make sense to eat abit more or same amount in order to allow your body to recover?
I would apreciate anything you have to contribute whether it be about the question above or maybe higher protien/ higher carb to replinish stores etc
    Thanks in advance

Higher percentage of protein, same percentage of fats, lower percentage of carbs, slight calorific deficit unless you're trying to add bulk.

That's what I thought. If you want to lose even more, drop the fat percentage down a bit too, for an even bigger caloric deficit.

But don't cut too many calories because if you do, you'll lose muscle and you won't have enough energy the next day.

Cutting around 700 cals from what i eat on a training day which should allow me to be in a calorie deficit while doing nothing
