He just isnt meant for the pros, doesnt have the whiskers for a start. He was a good fighter, with good skills but he will probably lose to someone much lesser than him who can punch somewhere down the line if he keeps going.
Yeah i agree. Great technically, but his style aint gonna suit the pro's. Plus his chin is made of china.:yep
So if his chin is fine china, how do you think Geale' chin will handle Dawson. And why the **** are they fighting for a middleweight title when they both hold L/Middle titles :nut
Im hoping Geale's chin holds up.:yep I rate Geale's boxing skills very highly too i guess. Plus Geale is naturally much bigger than Solopov & has fought consistantly at middleweight & light middleweight, instead of down at Welterweight. Should be a great matchup nonetheless. They are fighting for the Middleweight title, coz maybe if you check the IBO Light Middleweight is not vacant.
He really is a smooth boxer, always has his hands up, sit down on his punches, get in, does his work then gets out. It should be a great fight :bbb
I put Geale in a similar boat the Solopov right now, Im not so sure he is suited all that well to the pros. His chin isnt great either and I think the main thing is now he knows it can be dented (down 4 times already in his career) it seems to have affected his confidence. He fights well within himself and has lost that aggression which made him such a hot prospect. Usually its more than enough, because he is a classy fighter and his calibre of opposition hasnt been the best. But against the Rock he has a much bigger challenge. Ive seen Dawson hurt tons in kickboxing, but he knows how to deal with it and has great recoupartive abilities. I'm not doubting Dawson this time around, he will KO Geale.
ok bud, just one week, i have other fish to fry after you :good Marcus picks Geale Whatarock picks Dawson One week!! Im goin to enjoy replacing your famous avatar :yep
I hope your right mate, he will need to be at his best :good And maybe you could say there is bad blood between them
