NYSAC agreed that Canelo's wrap was illiegal made him rewrap twice

Thats what he is guilty of.. He's not guilty of loading his gloves. Most people on here never had their hands professionally wrapped in their life so what do they know?
Just because one side says something doesn't mean its true. Rocky and his team still complained after Canelo rewrapped his hands so maybe its Rocky thats causing the issue , not Canelo
