Yep. Do it similar to other things like the Margarito affair. The TSAC didn't give him a license. When a fight purse is over X amount of dollars fighters may request Y style testing. If a fighter refuses he is BANNED from competing in ALL states until he completes a full cycle of Y testing AND competes.

Pac will be retiring soon. :yep

margarito wasn't on any substances....it was his wraps... and probably his gloves but they probably never even checked the padding.

thats a shame that unless someone in your camp is there watching the wraps and observing closely ..the opponent will try to pull some bull****.
    props to naseem richardson

it's funny how a topic about the drug test policies changing for the better of the sport turns into a "**** you floyd" bunch of replies

But the ISSUE there - to me and more important than even the lameness of the act by Margarito and his trainer - Is that the commissioner from the CSAC was in that room and had already signed the wraps that the "plaster like substance" was found in.

It's excellent that Richardson caught them out - But he shouldn't have had to do it and the commissioner that signed those wraps has a duty of care to Mosley too, not just to getting free ringside tickets to the big fight.

And you don't see the title having anything to do with that? It was a purely inflammatory and stupid title intended to get these kind of responses.

second time for naseem too....when he was in trinidads locker room on behalf of bernard hopkins

naseem catches you..then you lose. same thing happened with kessler..
he got caught...they re-wrapped and he lost to ward... kesslers punches didnt seem to have that viking warrior umph! anymore.

That is the scary part in all of this and in America in general. There is this kind of weird "team" attitude between business and regulators.

Why is the head of the CSAC in the locker room yucking it up with fight camps anyway? Even worse the Latino CSAC person and the Latino fight camp. (Same applies to all groups.) It just multiplies the perception of shadiness.

Just as funny is how an article on NYSAC changing its doping policy be equated to retirement for Pacquiao!

From a camp that stated to let the commission do their thing (as compared to the Golden Girl-Gayweather boxing commission), it seems unreasonable that Pac won't oblige.
